Our 6-Quart Dutch Oven is designed to be the perfect braising, stewing, stir frying, and deep frying companion. It’s made from cast iron for superior heat retention and features an enamel coating for an easy-to-maintain, nonreactive cooking surface. Its stout profile provides a generous cooking area and allows for steam to escape easily–ideal for browning or searing. The cream-colored interior makes it easy to see what’s happening with your food. Oversized loop handles give you a confident and safe grip, even with oven mitts on. The lid is topped with an oven-safe stainless steel knob.
