Every kitchen tool that we make is built to last. Our cookware and knives are covered by a lifetime warranty and our utensils are covered by a 5-year warranty.
What's covered
Our warranties cover our kitchen tools from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty term. We’ll repair or replace any manufacturing defect in your kitchenware, free of charge. Cook with confidence knowing that you can count on your kitchenware.
Make a claim
Our guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, lost or stolen tools, or misuse. Your Goldilocks kitchenware must be purchased from us and should be returned to us for evaluation. Shipping charges may apply. Email us at help@cookgoldilocks.com to initiate a claim.
