The perfect medium-sized skillet. It’s 10 inches wide at the opening, with a generous 8.5-inch cooking surface capable of frying up to 3 eggs. The pan is fully clad, formed from tri-ply stainless steel. The “stay-cool” handle is secured to the pan with two rivets. The lid from our 8-quart stock pot can be used on the 10-inch skillet.
