How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a link to track your order in an email once your order ships. The full tracking information should appear about 24 hours after you first receive the link.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

No. We can’t split an order to ship to multiple addresses. But shipping is always free, so send as many orders as you need!

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, contact and we’ll help you out right away.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order through the email with the subject line that starts with “Your Goldilocks Order.” The “Order Status” link inside of it will take you to the page you need.

I received an incomplete order.

We’re really sorry about that! Reach out to and we’ll make sure to get you everything you ordered.

Tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything.

Reach out to and we’ll help you figure out what happened to your package.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Paypal. We also accept ApplePay if you’re on an Apple device.

Which orders will be charged sales tax?

We collect sales tax for orders shipped to New York and New Jersey.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We can’t ship to PO Boxes just yet.

Can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APO address?

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available for a fee. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii costs $45. Shipping to Puerto Rico costs $35. We cannot ship to APO addresses.

Can I ship to foreign countries?

We only offer shipping within the continental United States. If you’re interested in Goldilocks but live outside of the US , send us an email to and we’ll let you know when we’re able to ship internationally.

When can I expect delivery?

Delivery for standard orders is 5-9 business days. Check the link in your order shipment email to track your package.

Returns and Replacements

What is your return policy?

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. We offer full refunds in the form of original payment and will email customers in the lower 48 states a label to cover the return shipping. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can send their returns to us using their preferred shipping method.

How do I return an item?

Email with the subject line “Return” and we’ll get started on processing your return.

My order arrived damaged/defective.

We’re sorry to hear that. Email and we can replace the damaged items.

I received an incomplete order.

That’s not good! Email and we’ll replace the missing items.

I received the wrong item.

Can I return a gift card?

Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you'd like to return a purchase made with a gift card, we'll credit the funds back to your gift card.

What if I don't use all of the funds on my gift card?

You keep the balance, which can be applied toward any future Goldilocks purchase.

Does my gift card expire?

Nope. Your Goldilocks gift card doesn’t expire.
