Our 12-inch skillet is designed to be the perfect searing, browning, and stir-frying companion. Like the rest of our pans, it’s made from fully-clad, tri-ply stainless steel. The skillet is 3mm thick throughout and features a generous, 9.5-inch-wide, cooking surface--big enough for 8 chicken thighs. Not too heavy and not too light at about 3¼ pounds. The “stay-cool” handle is secured to the pan with two rivets.
Oven-safe up to 550°F. Induction-ready. Dishwasher-safe.
